Fits their support plan
The progress page records what the person did and what they'd like help with, ready for reviews.

We're looking for a few adult services to use the adult packs free and tell us honestly what works and what doesn't. The pack is still being checked by a professional and by adults who will use it, so your feedback shapes the final version.
In return we'd like a short feedback form at the end, about 10 minutes. There's no obligation to buy anything.
