Having a hard time? You can tell us
You're welcome to tell us how you're feeling, and every message is read by a real person. But Kithstep isn't a crisis service. Messages are only checked during working hours, and it can take up to two working days to reply.
If you tell us something that makes us worried about your safety, we may need to pass it on to people who can help keep you safe. We'll always try to tell you first.
